Payment
I accept all major debit and credit cards as well as HSA cards. You will be asked to keep a card on file when you book an appointment to ensure payment of services. An invoice will be submitted to your insurance company for each service rendered and your card will be charged for any co-pays. If you are a private pay client, an invoice will be submitted, and your card will be charged for the full amount after each service rendered.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, I ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation, you may be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
