When booking an appointment through the booking links found throughout my page, you will be directed to the Grow Therapy portal to create a client profile, where you will be asked to complete an intake and provide information such as demographic information, insurance and payment details, etc. You can also view my calendar to see my availability and schedule an appointment at your convenience. The Grow Therapy email and phone number provided will lead you to a Grow Therapy administrative representative as they are the managing entity for booking and billing. You will also receive, review, and sign Grow's Practice Policies and Procedures when you book an appointment. I have also provided my business email address and contact number if you have any specific questions that you would like to ask me directly.
